Harmony Love
President/ Executive Director
Harmony founded Rest and Recovery after witnessing firsthand the devastating impact of addiction on families and friends. Her journey into recovery advocacy began while supporting a loved one through their struggles with addiction and mental health challenges. Through this deeply personal experience, she came to understand the profound difficulty individuals face when seeking adequate treatment and meaningful support. As she engaged with recovery programs herself, Harmony discovered insights about her own life and recognized the transformations she needed to make to cultivate a life of purpose and fulfillment.
Since 2017, Harmony has been an active presence in recovery communities, regularly attending support group meetings and immersing herself in the work of healing and connection. In 2024, she developed "Mindfulness-Based Recovery," a distinctive approach that integrates the diverse tools and practices that have brought relief and transformation to her own life and the lives of others navigating the challenges of addiction.
Chris Dyke
Vice President/ Secretary
After years of struggling with addiction, incarceration, and deep suffering; Chris reached a point of personal spiritual, emotional, and physical bankruptcy. He prayed that things could change for him, and finally he came to the epiphany that he had a choice. either to stay stuck in the endless loop of despair and suffering, or dive headfirst into recovery and fight for a life worth living, not just for himself, but for his family, friends, and his future.
He was blessed to be offered a placement at a halfway house that offered him stability and community while he got back on his feet.
His focus is simple, helping others remember that joy, connection, and fun are not only possible in recovery - those are the values that make life worth living.
Chris joined Rest & Recovery as a volunteer in 2024. With over 2 years in recovery, he now serves as the Vice President and Secretary and has helped shape our nonprofit to uphold the values of connection and being in service as a way of building a life that you don't feel the need to escape from.
Jennie Wilde-Love
Public Relations Officer/ Treasurer
Jennie is a guide, space-holder, and intuitive healer devoted to helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom, reclaim their power, and create lives rooted in clarity and intention. Her work weaves together vibrational therapy, trauma-informed care, energetic grounding, release, and compassionate guidance, giving the community a space where they feel genuinely seen and supported.
Sobriety is a core pillar in Jennie's life—a conscious choice that anchors her purpose and peace. Through sobriety, she’s gained deeper intuition, emotional clarity, and the ability to show up fully for the community she serves. It’s the path that helped her reclaim her strength and her voice, and it’s the foundation she stands on as she guides others toward their own alignment.
